Attorney Mark Baehre has been a member of the New York Bar Association since 1987. Prior to co-founding Katz and Baehre, Mark worked in the New York office of Ernst Whitney in the family planning office, where he practiced in financial and estate planning for affluent individuals and professional athletes.

Mark has also served as legal counsel and manager of financial planning for Cigna Corporation in the Financial Services Division. With Katz and Baehre, Mark has designed, implemented, and documented over 3,000 estate plans.
